Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a singer from Newark, New Jersey on the 9th of August 1963. The parents of her are gospel stars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne Warwick sings as well. In Newark Whitney, she began singing with the church choir when she was a young child. at the age of 15, she joined her mom in singing background vocals on Chaka's smash Im Every Woman from 1978. Then, she performed background vocals for Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson as well as her mom. Her first gig was as a lead vocalist with the funk group from New York, Material and it was the quality of her work as a vocalist with them that attracted the attention of major record companies, such as Arista with whom she signed in 1983. Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchor and political reporter. Her previous work included NBC, CBS and other prominent channels.
